Allan acquired a controlling interest in Lucas in 1995 following a successful career in investment banking and commerce including property, construction and building materials.
As chairman and CEO, he has been responsible for Lucas' strategic direction and establishing its position as a leader in infrastructure services in Australia. Under his management, the company has grown from around $12 million when it listed on the ASX in 1999 to over $400 million last financial year.
In 2008, the company’s operating divisions were redefined with new management structures and Allan relinquished operational management to focus on the group’s strategic management.

Nick joined Lucas as company secretary in November 2001, having been closely involved with the company's ASX listing as an adviser. He has a detailed understanding of corporate governance, investor relations and reporting. Nick is also a chartered accountant and has over 25 years experience in industry, corporate finance and commerce.

Mark Summergreene BEc (Accounting)
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mark joined Lucas in 2004. His experience spans 25 years in senior financial management roles in Australia and Japan for multinational design, project management and manufacturing companies. As CFO, Mark is responsible for the group's internal and external financial reporting, management of finance and IT, ensuring control and reporting systems are timely and accurate.
