Lucas delivers a diverse range of civil projects from bridges and tunnels to desalination plants, power stations and  education facilities. Our in-house design team are experienced in ecologically sustainable design  (ESD). We are winners of the 9th Australian Sustainability Awards and have a comprehensive understanding of the Green Building Council of Australia’s (GBCA) Green Star rating system.

Some of our projects include the Dungog Clear Water Tank and Anna Bay Reservoir for Hunter Water, the Perth Desalination Plant and the Federal Government’s Building the Education Revolution (BER) Program where Lucas delivered projects for more than 50 schools throughout New South Wales.

We specialise in rural and regional contracting and are adept at coordinating projects in geographically isolated locations. We seek opportunities to leave sustainable benefits for local communities where we work. This may be through traineeships, local industry and indigenous participation and sponsorship of local schools, sporting and community groups.
